Hello, Hive friends! It’s been four days since I last posted, and I’ve been wondering what to share. Then it hit me—why not talk about something that’s been at the heart of my burger stall: the process of making our delicious pork burger patties! Before I opened the stall, I was already selling pork meat online. To ensure I get the best price, I buy directly from a meat factory. This way, I can offer my customers a lower price compared to supermarkets, which has been great for business. In a future post, I’ll share the story of my trusted butcher who helps me source the best meat.
Now, let’s dive into the pork burger patties! Since I get the pork from a direct supplier, I’m able to offer generous-sized patties at a reasonable price. Each patty weighs 180 grams—pretty hefty, right? Customers have been giving positive feedback, especially those who use delivery services like Lalamove or Shopee Food. We also get walk-in customers, which is amazing! We take freshness seriously, so I prepare the patties 1-2 times a week. This ensures that our burgers always taste fresh and delicious. Plus, we don’t use preservatives to keep things healthy. Our patties are made purely from meat, with no flour or breadcrumbs.
I thought I’d share the basic ingredients that go into our pork patties—except for one secret ingredient, of course, which keeps the uniqueness of our recipe a secret! For those of you interested in making your own burger patties, I’m happy to offer some tips and ideas. I’ve attached a photo of a small batch I made (4kg, yielding about 46 patties) to show you the process. The ingredients I use for the patties are simple yet effective: fresh minced pork, garlic, onion, and a few special seasonings. These are combined and shaped into patties, ensuring each one is perfectly formed and ready to cook. We focus on flavor and quality, and that’s what has helped us build a loyal customer base. 2.4 taste spoon salts
3.4 taste spoon garlic powder
4.2 taste spoon union powder
5.4 taste spoon paprika
6.4 taste spoon black pepper
7.The last ingredients only I won't share for our originality for our patty taste.
