I would like to share the foods I prepared for my family today.
It’s very simple, so I’ll show how briefly it was prepared and cooked.
My husband bought 1kg of dressed chicken this morning. I divided it into two shares: one share for us (me, my husband, and my daughter @tegoshei) and the other share for the fur babies (Arashi and Max). It should be cooked separately because the fur babies can't eat flavorful foods, I mean with some spices and seasoning.
After cleaning and washing all the chicken thoroughly, I boiled them plainly without any seasoning.
When the chicken was slightly cooked, I removed some of it and transferred it to a clean container. The slightly cooked chicken I got from the cooking pan was for our own dish, and the remaining chicken, which was cooked continuously, was for the fur babies.
I let the chicken cool down a bit and then marinated it with just a little soy sauce, ketchup, ground black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Then, I cooked it in an air fryer. I also heated some slices of leftover ham and left-over air-fried eggplant and added them to our dish.
We also had brown rice and some pineapple juice to pair them with. It was another satisfying meal that we shared and are grateful for these blessings from up above. 🙏❣
