No Blender Papaya Smoothie and Air Fryer Pizza

A blissful Sunday to all my friends and fellow Hivers!!
I hope all is well and had a productive week and a relaxing and enjoyable weekend.

I had a better week than usual despite some circumstances. But I have a clown who always cheers me up—none other than my daughter @tegoshei. She is always my clown, my life, my love, and my everything, and we are also the best partners in tears, laughter, craziness, and most especially in food.

This week, we had some heavy meals and snacks. So today, I decided to have a lighter but still delicious and nutritious lunch.

I have a ripe papaya and some leftover wheat bread from our breakfast, so I thought of combining them into a meal.

Let's see how I did it...➡️

No Blender Papaya Smoothie and Air Fryer Pizza

INGREDIENTS:

  • Ripe Papaya

  • Condensed Milk

  • Vitasoy Milk

  • Vanilla Extract

  • Leftover Wheat Bread
  • Ham
  • Vitasoy Milk
  • Eggs
  • Cheese
  • Ketchup
  • Pineapple Tidbits
  • Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper

PREPARATION:

Wash and slice the ripe papaya in half. Remove the seeds. Scoop the papaya meat using a spoon and put it in a big bowl.
I don't have a blender anymore. It was broken a long time ago and couldn't buy one yet so I just used a spoon and a whisk to mash and beat the papaya.

Mash and beat the papaya until it becomes smooth.
Then add condensed milk, soy milk and a spoonful of vanilla extract.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until it becomes smoother. Then put it in the refrigerator.

Now let's prepare the pizza.

Cut or slice the bread into small cubes.
Grate the cheese.
Crack and beat eggs. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
Then pour the egg mixture into the sliced bread, mix them well, and then set aside.

COOKING TIME:

Cook the ham through an air fryer until all are finished.

Air-fry the pineapple tidbits until it become light brown.

Cut or slice the ham into small cubes. Then set aside.

Transfer the bread mixture into the silicon molder and load it into the air fryer at 160 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes or when it's already cooked flip the bread and transfer it on the plate. After flipping, brush some ketchup on the top and add some grated cheese. (the best if you have melted cheese or mozzarella. But I only have cheddar cheese.)

So, after garnishing some cheese put some sliced ham and arrange them on top, add some pineapple tidbits. Place it back into the molder and load it again into the air fryer. Cook for just 10 to 15 minutes at 140 degrees Celsius.

And it’s all done and is now ready to serve with the papaya smoothie.
I hope you like and enjoy this kind of food too.
Let's eat and enjoy...🍕🧃
Thank you so much for visiting my post and God bless 💖🙏😊

Your food seems like so yummy I hope I could try it tooo. 😁🤣

It's a lot of work since you don't have a blender, but anyway, I bet that still tastes good. I also like papaya, one of my favorites. 🤗
