I think many of us here have pets in the house and consider them as a family member. We have one too, a lovely toy poodle named Arashi. I already mentioned him here in one of my previous blogs.
These past few days, we allowed him to walk with us in our yard during our morning physical routine and he was so excited and happy. Every time we tell him that we’re going outside for a walk, he’ll excitedly go to the drawer where we keep his leash. Sometimes we tease him because he is so "makulit" or persistent. We really enjoyed seeing him that way.
After our short exercise, walk, and exposure to sunlight, we have to rest a bit before going back inside the house for breakfast. We also wash his feet properly because he has this habit of always licking his feet. So, it's better to keep his feet clean at all times.
Nowadays, it's hard to feed him his food. Sometimes he doesn't want to eat but most of the time he just wants to be fed not by spoon but with our palm.
We feed him his main food every morning and late afternoon. He also has his own snacks and a denta stick every noon. He really loves to eat his denta stick but sometimes especially when his ate Shei(@tegoshei) is around during his denta time, he’d just stare at the denta and then stare at his ate with an understandable look of needing something... and that is he wants to be fed by his ate Shei. This is how our furbaby is kind of sweetly spoiled sometimes.
He is really our stress reliever... the moment we touch him, cuddle with him and play with him, it really gives us happiness that is beyond compare.
One more thing that touches us the most is that, he knows how to care... he can sense when you're in pain or when you're sick. He knows how to comfort you when you are grieving. That already happened to us a lot of times, especially with me personally.
Just recently when I was having my deep breathing exercise, he thought that I was in pain and ran quickly to me and seemed like he wanted to save me or comfort me. Then I explained to him that I was okay and just did my deep breathing exercise then he calmed down. But my hubby wanted to tease him by imitating me by sighing loudly… Arashi is so smart because he knows that my husband was just pranking him, so he just jumped down from our bed and went to his own bed… ignoring my husband. Funny, isn't it? He really knows what is serious and what is a joke.
Arashi also loves to enter his ate Shei's room. When he cannot see his ate for a long time during the day because his ate is working, he will go to his ate's door and then cry... a cute cry that melts your heart.
That's why his ate allows him to stay inside her room sometimes, especially when she’s not working. Like last Sunday afternoon, after we've finished all our cleaning at home. We went to his ate's room to see the changes in her arrangement.
When Arashi saw the changes, he got so curious. He’s always curious especially when he notices that something in the house changed. He was curious about the changes in his ate's bed's stairs, so he went up with his ate Shei happily and stayed there for just a little while because the air conditioner was not on.
He only stays in the room for a longer time when it is cold. That is how spoiled but very sweet our furbaby is. We dearly love him and care for him so much. Maybe many of you can relate to our emotions about having a pet like our furbaby.

Awhh,, that's a cute little dog with it's fur that is also beautiful.
