Greetings ASEAN Hivers, the photography challenges are always a hit, so this week I decided to make things a little yellow for you all.
🧀 Finding Yellow Everywhere 🐥
👨💻 Week #82 👩💻
November 6th ➡️ November 13th, 2023A few weeks ago there was a blue challenge, and because it was so much fun I decided to offer up a yellow-themed challenge. The sun, bananas, lemons, anywhere you can find some yellow, I fully encourage it for this week's challenge. Yellow is not a common color, so I am excited to see where you all can find this lively hue.
I once had a yellow tuk-tuk, it would've been such a lovely feature for this challenge. Well, as always, photography alone doesn't win a challenge, the read is a very important part of the overall formula for success. Attractive post formatting and a little engagement with your fellow ASEAN Hivers doesn't hurt too. Okay, I think things are clear enough, or should I say, "yellow" enough. Now let's look at the winners of last week's challenge......
Week #82 ASEAN Hive Challenge Winners
🛺 Business On Wheels 🚐
🛺 Business On Wheels 🚐
It was so interesting to see all the forms of business on wheels you all shared for this challenge. All the entries were quite interesting and informative, but I did the always hard job of narrowing things down to only three winners, and I think you'll find all three posts to be both good reads and also full of interesting wheeled hustles.
1st Prize 🏆 10% Beneficiary & 125 Ecency Points

Pandesal, or Pan de Sal, is one of the Filipino breads that we all love. From kids to adults, we love this and could even have it as a snack only if it is available at any time in our area. But actually, pandesal is well known as one of the Filipino breakfasts. I still remember that during my childhood, we could still get pandesal for only one peso. And aside from that, we don't have to go to the bakery to buy it because it is the Pandesal who will come for us to enjoy it.
2nd Prize 🥈 6% Beneficiary & 75 Ecency Points

I have seen people here engaged in various occupations on wheels or pushing. which they own. They operate this business at various roadsides or alleys and take this step to earn their living by catering to the needs of all. I am always grateful and inspired by them. Because they buy these products from far away and bring them within our reach for their livelihood. Through them we are happy to buy all kinds of vegetables and all fresh vegetables.
3rd Prize 🥉 4% Beneficiary & 50 Ecency Points
by: @poortrader
Another week, another challenge. This week’s challenge is all about “Business on Wheels”. Those people who are selling their goods in a truck, tricycle, or custom-made vehicle in the streets—we all experience buying from these stores, especially grabbing food for a quick meal, right? For me, I call them mobile retailers. They are called mobile retailers because of the way they conduct their business, selling their goods, products, and even foods anywhere and any place where there are people.

My respect and love to all community members. Also, I thank you all for giving me the opportunity to talk about this vibrant color. Many of us participated in previous challenges with great motivation and joy. My respect and love to all of them. Thank you so much for gifting us with this lively and exciting contest. Also, the surprising love that I have been able to express for the yellow color makes me more alive. I always wish you all health and well being. I am very happy to participate here which always fills me with excitement for this challenge. Have a nice healthy day and love to all.
Yellow is one of my favorites because it is such a vibrant and warm color. The photography challenges are so much fun because the participation is great.
Yes sir you are right. We have a lot of fun showcasing these great photographs. And enjoy and enjoy myself to write something great here. Some of our city photography travel photography at different places always fascinates us. So, even though unconsciously, I am inspired to do photography that I like. I wish all the best for you to God.
More and more hivers are showing interest in joining the hit most contest in the #Hive Communities and sponsored by @justinparke. Congratulations to my fellow winners @ruffatotmeee for that amazing pandesal express, I do buy malunggay pandesal "bugrong" whenever I get a chance. Also, it's nice to see other mobile stores from other countries @mdakash62, congratulations and thank you for sharing it to us. See you all again for another exciting photography contest only here in @asean.hive

@poortrader
Assalamu Alaikum I hope you are very well. Your family needs.
This platform inspires us so much that no day goes by without spending time here in the midst of a thousand busy schedules. I know you have very busy times. After doing various activities you can spend the remaining time on this platform. That's a big find for us. Because you awaken your inner man in whatever time you give it. And share your inner experiences and knowledge with commitment. That is very important and inspiring. My love and respect to you and your family always. Wishing you a nice healthy day. I am praying for you to devote some time to this platform.
Hi, thanks, and congrats too (✯ᴗ✯) by the way what language is "bugrong?"
Actually there is no known history where that bugrong starts, but that is the name of our malunggay pandesal😅

I like seeing the growth of the community and the challenges. The baking skills in the Philippines seem to be so much better than here in Cambodia, that pandesal had me salivating.
Maybe it depends on the culture or tradition but for me I love the foods from other countries actually. Although I haven't tasted Cambodian food but we have here Thailand, Korea, Japan, Singaporean and Vietnam delicacies.

Well it's never to late to (re)welcome you. I recently had a 2 month long Hive hiatus, not exactly something I wanted to do, but it was a nice holiday in some kinds of ways.
Wow! Congrats sis @ruffatotmeee for winning the previous challenge.
Yellow? For sure many can join this challenge. Hopefully I can find time for this too.
Yiehhh, me is so happy, thank you (≧▽≦)

No worries, I even often accept late entries because I am often late myself with the challenge posts.
It seems like you've been busy lately! I completely understand that real life takes priority over online activities. However, I think you need to find an assistant to assist you in this community. 🤗
Thanks, my oldest daughter has shown some willingness to step up and help me more, so I am looking forward to that.
Oh, that's good to hear. I'm glad somebody assist you. 🤗
Congratulations to all the winners 👏👏👏
Now, here is my entry for the "Finding Yellow Everywhere" Challenge.

Thank you so much and thank you for the support... God Bless 😇

I always look forward to it.
Thank you so much, sir!
Hello, here's my entry: https://peakd.com/@arrliinn/finding-yellow-in-the-city
Nice to see an entry from outside SE Asia, love the high-tech bus.
Thanks, I realized after posting that yeah, my photos are from outside of SEA. 😅 Now I know why I've not posted a lot (or at all) in the community. But the Yellow Challenge is enticing, soo....
Well I think living outside SE Asia is a bonus for content because folks here are very curious about the lives of SE Asians abroad. There a few Filipinos living in Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, and UAE that also post in ASEAN Hive. Foreigners living in SE Asia, SE Asians living abroad, even someone not from SE Asia living outside could cook visit a Vietnamese restaurant, cook a Thai dish, perhaps attend a cultural event and post about it within.
Yesss! That's so true. I guess expect more from me in the future! :D
Another week another challenge👇, hope you could drop by to my post guys🥰

I haven't done origami for a long time, makes me want to get some paper and get to folding ASAP.
Same here, it was years since that I do this kind of art. It just so happen that my kids wants to play with water and want me to make a boat. It's kinda poor quality actually. Sorry about that.
