December 11th ➡️ December 18th, 2023GIFs are easily made with various PC programs, phone apps, and websites, and they can bring a lot of life into a post. This isn't the first GIF challenge in the ASEAN Hive Community, but I quite enjoy looking at GIFs as well as making them, so here we are with another GIF challenge. For uploading on Hive, GIFs 13.9 MB or less seem to upload without issue, so it might be wise to try and limit your file size for the best chance at a successful upload.
There is no theme to this GIF challenge, just that it be animated. I like taking 10 second video clips intended for use as GIFs, especially if there can be some kind of action involved. Cooking, traffic, sports, there are so many subjects that make entertaining GIFs, and you ASEAN Hivers have a pretty good imagination, so I'm sure finding things to GIF-ify won't be too hard.

I enjoyed seeing various noodles in this challenge, especially ones from the Philippines which are not available here in mainland SE Asia. I noticed a flavor called "Hot Cheesy Seafood" in two of the posts, and this immediately made me think that's a flavor that really screams Filipino, haha. I also enjoyed reading how you ASEAN Hivers modify instant noodles to your liking by adding veggies and other ingredients. We, Filipinos, have this belief to serve noodles during occasions especially during New Year because it symbolizes "long life". However, this does not clearly apply for instant noodles. Instant noodles isn't healthy but most of us still prefer this food because it's cheap and instant. Filipinos suffering from poverty would buy 1 pack of instant noodles and mix it on rice to share it to their family of 6 or more. While the lazy and tired ones also go for this food because it's the easiest to prepare.

A lot of Filipinos love instant noodles, be it cup noodles, noodle soup or fried ones. So, it's a necessity to have these items in our store since our neighbors eat them anytime of the day. Some people have noodle soup for breakfast, buy cup noodles on their way to work or get some fried noodles to share it with friends for their midnight snack. The ones in the photo above are mostly Korean ramyun (veggie and shin ramyun) and bulgogi fried noodles. Korean wave is still a thing in the Philippines and it applies to noodles as well.

Many varieties of instant noodles in my place here in San Pedro City Laguna Philippines. I like to eat instant noodles like Cup noodles, pancit Canton, and many more. But my favorite and love to eat is the LUCKY ME, the flavors are chicken and beef. Both are delicious. Today I want to present to you the LUCKY ME, Beef Na Beef flavor, This is so yummy! There are times when my beloved Mama cooks this she mixes this with vegetables like Pechay and Cabbage, Tokwa or tofu, soya chunks, kikiam, fish balls, and eggs.

I think everywhere in the world now has access to instant noodles, and although not healthy, they sure are addictive.
Yes Sir you are right but it is better to check us good and bad to eat all these foods. But now many companies have emerged most of them are making unhealthy noodles and selling them in the market. Which is very harmful to our health.
Very delicious instant noodle maker, I really like eating instant noodles, and the creators of the posts who won were very nice and interested. I read and saw delicious instant noodles, all my friends.
I love instant noodles too, but only when I don't have time for homemade meals.

Does that mean this is a new flavor that has been created since you moved abroad? I would imagine there are Filipino grocery stores with cheesy seafood noodles over there considering the number of citizens living and working there.
