I don't think I have loss to that degree, but I know if I were to try and grow my hair out, it would be pretty sparse. I have been shaving my head once a week for the better part of 20 years now and it is just easier and I don't think it looks too bad. Best of luck to you with your journey. I hope it works well for you. The progress they have made in these treatments over the past decade or so is really impressive.
