What a fantastic dish! My mouth is watering. Please tell me @sreypov, do the shoots taste just like the cardamon pods? I love cardomon. I use them wherever I can. In lentil stew, chai tea and a chickpea fudge I make. With plenty of fresh ground cardamon.
