Hello everyone it's me @chuch. How's your day? I'm here, the day is okay, and I'm doing well, and I hope you are too. And today I want to share with you my daughter's birthday event. Happy birthday to everyone who has a birthday today.
How do you celebrate your birthday?
Before my daughter's birthday month came I asked her what she wanted. She said that even if there is a little food at home and we are with her, it is okay. And I agree with her. But for me as a mom, I want to surprise her to be different from her expectations. So I thought of gifting her a new cellphone and shoes because she has long dreamed of having some not-so-expensive shoes. As her birthday is getting closer, I also have a plan for us to go to the beach for more fun. I want to make her happy on her birthday because that day is special for her and she celebrates once a year.
Do you also plan like this?
And finally, the day of her birthday came. While she was sleeping, I put the shoes and jersey on the table so she could see them when she woke up. I hide the new cellphone first. And then she woke up and immediately looked at the shoes and she smiled and I was happy too. And I immediately asked if she liked our gift. She smiled and said thank you, Mom. And I said there's more, later we'll go to the beach and I have another gift for you. But she doesn't want to go to the beach, she just wants us to celebrate here at home.
So I immediately called my cousin to bring home the grilled native chicken because it is my daughter's favorite. But I was saddened by my cousin's answer because he said he couldn't grill native chicken because he had a fever. What I did was go to my cousin's house to get the chicken and grill it right away. And after we cleaned the chicken we immediately cooked it.
And this is the grilled native chicken.
And we also have other food prepared like Humba.
This is a Filipino dish. This is very common and known on all occasions.
We also have pancit.
When there is a birthday there is pancit because it is said to be a symbol of prolonging life.
And we also have grilled Milkfish.
And we don't have lechon pork because of lack of budget but we have lechon chicken. It's still delicious like lechon pork.
And of course, I bought a cake.
After our preparations, our relatives and friends were here. Before we ate we sang a happy birthday first so that we could make the celebrant more happy.

And after the celebration, I immediately gave the new cellphone. And she was surprised with so much joy because she didn't expect it. And she said, thank you so much, mom and also she chatted with her dad to say thank you. And we told her she deserved all the gifts because she studied hard and of course, it was her birthday.
And there she is setting up her new cellphone.
We are not financially rich but we made her birthday special even in a simple way.

The food looks yummy and delicious. Happy birthday to your daughter. I think there are lots of birthday celebrants on the month of October because my daughter is also October. Another celebration that takes place in your house and lots of people are happy on your daughter's birthday.
