Wow that is one of the cruelest things I have seen. I get that people would put collars on strays to throw the killing gangs off, but one can imagine how much suffering this poor dog has gone through.

I am just amazed at home well this dog was taking the constant choking in stride. Dogs are just amazing at getting on with life no matter the circumstances.
