To a non Catholic, Palm Sunday is just another Sunday, but with serious traffic jam. Whilst the rest of the family are church member, I have never hesitate to join any of these church activities.

Ok apparently i have nothing much to talk about religion. This is what happened to the test of the day. At home i was about to cook instant noodle, the reflection of the electric stove looks very filthy.
其實，我個人的宗教見解比較淺。我不相信宗教“儀式”能令人靈魂得救，但我相信人類需要儀式感來“進入狀態”，所以才會有這麼多宗教儀式。儀式完畢，我們回家去了。本想煮麵吃，一看到那個電鍋臟兮兮的，當時胃口都沒了。
I grabbed a bottle of glass cleaner detergent and sprayed on the cooker surface. I am not asking you to do this, usually a normal dish washer detergent should do the job. Make sure you have turned off the power supply and possibly detach from the plug point for safety purpose. God knows what is going to happen when you're trying ro clean and someone turn on the power.
這種傳統的加熱電鍋最怕就是髒加熱表層，如果有食物殘渣就會頂著鋼鍋底部，造成導熱失效。於是，我找來了刷玻璃窗的清潔劑；也可以用普通洗碗液的，不過我就喜歡用玻璃清潔劑，感覺比較可以刷出鏡面效果。不管什麼清潔劑，最重要是電源要關掉。國內的，建議直接把插頭拔掉比較安全。不怕一萬，只怕萬一。
Let the cleaning agent sink in for a couple of minutes before using either toilet paper or kitchen towel to rub off the detergent. As you can see, super filthy. Most of these are left over food/liquids, when boiled, fhey either spilled or droplets fall on the surface, due to super heat om the surface, they're dried and very hard to get them off entirely.
噴上了清潔劑，先讓清潔劑滲入表層的髒污垢幾分鐘，然後可以用衛生紙或廚房巾擦。看到沒，厚厚的一層污垢。這些污垢都是一般高溫煮沸時漏出或彈出來的湯水雜質，很快就會蒸發，然後殘留污跡在加熱電鍋表層上，很難處理乾淨。
After first round of cleaning, as you can see there's still a hefty amount of dirt on the surface. Repeat the same procedure by spraying another round of detergent and let it sunk in.
看到沒？經過了第一輪的擦拭，表層還是顯得很油，不光滑。別擔心，馬上重複以上的步驟，用清潔劑再一次噴上，讓清潔劑在表面停留幾分鐘。
This part is crucial, get a piece of cutter knife, and use it to gently scraping the ceremic surface. Remember to tilt the cutting edge more closer to the surface, avoid using the leading edge of the knife so we sont create new cut marks to the surface. You will be asking, why not start scraping the first round? Well, if the dirt is too thick and we use more force to scrape the surface, its more likely to create more cut marks to the ceremic surface.
這一步就很重要了。先找來美工刀的刀片，然後將刀片的刀刃在加熱盤的表面上斜傾擦拭。盡可能不要讓尖銳的角落刮到鍋面，不然就會有新的刮痕。你可能會問，為何不直接第一輪噴了清潔劑就馬上用刀片刮？個人經驗認為，若污垢太厚直接用美工刀刮，很容易傷到鍋面。所以，先清掉一輪，若不夠乾淨才用刀片刮。
Once done scrapping, wipe them down and now we have a brand spanking new electric stove. Make sure you have remove all cleaning detergent and make sure its perfectly dry before you turn the stove on. Otherwise, having dried detergent on the hot surface can be permenant marking 😅 don't ask me how i knew it. I'm just glad i did not get electrocuted.
刮完了以後，可以用濕布擦拭，然後再用乾布抹掉清潔劑，就可以達到鏡面效果了。記得必須要弄乾淨且確保沒有殘留清潔劑。若有殘留清潔劑在表面又加熱，那麼清潔劑蒸發掉可能會在表面熡上難看的水印。別問我怎麼知道，我是不會告訴你的。沒被電死能活著給你分享這一篇已經很好了。
Since both me and daughter changed to a new phone, we went to the mall and get the new phone a nice casing cover, and a proper screen protector. Hopefully this phone will last us another two years or beyond.
家裡咱們倆都換了新手機，於是我們到商場去給新手機買了套和做了防爆膜。希望手機可以耐個兩年或以上吧。
We also ordered Burger King. Since i am on abstained and sometimes fully vegefarian diet during lent, the kids can have their cheese burger, chicken burger and i ordered a fish burger instead.
我和娃們到漢堡王去用餐。由於還是四旬節期間，我本身還在齋戒，偶爾吃全素，偶爾只吃魚，所以娃們可以吃他們的芝士漢堡🍔，我則隨便點了個魚柳包。
Since lunar new year, many of those shops has been closed down. Other road tour kiosks now moved into these smaller shops. Took a photo to show home minister the printing shop now moved to here.
自從春節過後，不少商家都結業或搬走了。其他一些小檔口則搬進了這些比較小的單位。我是拍這個印刷店給母老虎的，不知她說要找這個打印什麼找了很久他們的檔口沒找到。

Blessed Easter my friend. Thank you for being here. We don't have a full scale kitchen, this electric stove is the only way we can cook, therefore we need to use it almost everyday. If the reflection can be this bad, meaning it's already too dirty already.

Yes, we should be careful in cleaning induction cookers in order not to damage the surface. After meticulously cleaning, it's looking spick and span already like newly bought item. I haven't eaten Burger King in years. I suddenly miss eating their fish burger too.

We also celebrated palm sunday here, church goers brought young palm leaves and the priest blessed it with holy water. This is a kind of catholic traditions.

我的感受是坐在教堂里能让我心里平静很多，如果失眠的话，坐教堂里也能很快睡着，很心安的感觉。
曾经有一段时间，我都恨不得直接睡教堂里。。
改革宗教會估計沒有，但天主教堂一般都有修煉室。若有需要還真可以跟神父申請進去禱告靈修一段時間。我是辦不到了，太色了🤣
