I'm staying in 4th floor on a 5 storey building. The top floor do have the type of gutter same as your roof. However, they connect a downpipe lead it straight to the ground floor gutter and flush the rain water to the main drainage system.
Now that you mentioned, I'm seriously considering to poke a hole at the down pipe, insert a custom made spoon and block the opening, so it will partially direct rain water to my house 🙄
Hmm... I'm imagining a glass wall bathroom with a huge white jacuzzi tub facing at the mountain ... Oh my. I don't need to climb the mountain. If I don't get a girlfriend, just throw my ex-girlfriend(now wife) in that tub, I will join with my rubber duck shortly... Sorry children 🤣🤣🤣
Haha, then all you need is an exit drain. Bye-bye water bills, bye-bye children, the door to the rainwater bathroom is triple-locked.
