Yesterday I made fried bananas. Fried banana is a very famous fried food in Indonesia. Fried bananas, as the name suggests, the main ingredient is bananas and the cooking technique used is frying. Bananas can be used as a variety of foods.

Kemarin aku membuat pisang goreng. Pisang goreng adalah gorengan yang sangat terkenal di Indonesia. Pisang goreng, seperti namanya, bahan utamanya pisang dan teknik memasak yang digunakan adalah menggoreng. Pisang memang dapat dijadikan berbagai macam makanan.
Ingredients I used:
Bahan-bahan yang kugunakan:
■ Bananas
■ KOBE Coating Mix - Pisang Crispy (Crispy Banana in English)
■ Sugar
■ Water
■ Pisang
■ Tepung Bumbu KOBE - Pisang Crispy
■ Gula
■ Air
I used cooking oil for frying.
Aku menggunakan minyak goreng untuk menggoreng.
I didn't use all the bananas in the photo. I peeled the banana and then sliced it into 3 parts. I did like that one banana after another.
Aku tidak menggunakan semua pisang di foto. Aku kupas pisangnya lalu ku iris menjadi 3 bagian. Aku lakukan seperti itu satu pisang demi satu pisang.
I fried each of the banana slices in a frying pan with cooking oil after coating it with a mixture of KOBE Coating Mix - Pisang Crispy, sugar, and water.
Aku goreng masing-masing irisan pisangnya di wajan dengan minyak goreng setelah dibaluri dengan campuran Tepung Bumbu KOBE - Pisang Crispy, gula, dan air.

15 years back my mom used to sell fried banana at the roadside. I do not know how to prepare the ingredients. What I can do was pack the fried banana ordered by customers 😁😁
