Yesterday I made puddings from tropical fruits. Tropical fruits are fruits that grow in tropical climates. All Asean countries have tropical climates (there are countries in Asean that have not only tropical climates, but also subtropical climates). The fruits I used were bananas and papaya. Do you like those fruits?
Kemarin aku membuat pudding dari buah-buahan tropis. Buah-buahan tropis adalah buah-buahan yang tumbuh di iklim tropis. Semua negara Asean berklim tropis (ada negara di Asean yang tidak hanya berilkim tropis, tetapi juga berilkim subtropis). Buah-buahan yang kupakai adalah pisang dan pepaya. Apa kalian suka buah-buahan itu?
INGREDIENTS:
■ Banana slices
■ Papaya slices
■ Sugar
■ Water
■ 1 sachet of agar-agar powder
■ Sweetened condensed milk
■ Potongan-potongan pisang
■ Potongan-potongan pepaya
■ Gula
■ Air
■ 1 saset tepung agar-agar
■ Susu kental manis
HOW TO MAKE:
■ Put the banana slices in a blender.
Masukkan potongan-potongan pisang ke sebuah blender.
■ Add sugar and water. Blend with the blender.
Tambahkan gula dan air. Blender.
■ Put the papaya slices in a blender (Wash the blender first if using the same blender). Add sugar and water. Blend with the blender.
Masukkan potongan-potongan pepaya ke sebuah blender (Cuci dahulu blendernya kalau menggunakan blender yang sama). Tambahkan gula dan air. Blender.

Ini adalah hasil-hasilnya:
■ Place part of 1 sachet of agar-agar powder in a stewpan. Add sugar, water, sweetened condensed milk. Bring to a boil and stir.
Masukkan sebagian dari 1 saset tepung agar-agar ke sebuah panci rebus. Tambahkan gula, air, susu kental manis. Didihkan dan aduk.
■ Turn off the heat after boiling. Add the blended result (banana). Stir. Put the solution into the containers.
Matikan api setelah mendidih. Tambahkan hasil blenderan (pisang). Aduk. Masukkan larutan ke wadah-wadah.
■ Add the remaining agar-agar powder, sugar, water, sweetened condensed milk to a stewpan (Wash the stewpan first if using the same stewpan). Bring to a boil and stir.
Tambahkan sisa tepung agar-agar, gula, air, susu kental manis ke sebuah panci rebus (Cuci dahulu panci rebusnya kalau menggunakan panci rebus yang sama). Didihkan dan aduk.
■ Turn off the heat after boiling. Add the blended result (papaya) [not all]. Stir.
Matikan api setelah mendidih. Tambahkan hasil blenderan (pepaya) [tidak semua]. Aduk.
■ Put the solution into the previous containers (overwrite the previous result which have hardened tops, some do not overwrite).
Masukkan larutan ke wadah-wadah yang tadi (menimpa hasil sebelumnya yang atasnya sudah mengeras, ada yang tidak menimpa)
■ Chill in the refrigerator.
Dinginkan di kulkas.
