It was indeed a great day for all of us as today I am about to share one of the event that I really loved to do and this is our feeding mission for the kids.
It is my great privilege to be here in this important event we have but before anything else, I want to greet first everyone a blessed and have a wonderful day to all of us. My prayer is for all of us to be in good health and good condition.
Today was again an important day to share our first "Feeding Mission for the Kids" of the year here in my A Day in My Life blog post.
In past years we are very blessed for we have this kind of event to feed little Children either in a school or even in a certain area of the Barangay.
For today, we held it in a School as the School Head of the School is our friend at the same time, a son to one of our Senior Pastor in Tuod Manticao Misamis Oriental.
My cousin who is also my Senior Pastor who organized this feeding mission message us in our group chat about this event and at the time I know about this, I'm very excited knowing that this is our first ever feeding mission of the year.
The feeding mission will be happening in the Friday afternoon and now that the day had finally here, I already does what I needed to do in our house so I am free to join the feeding.
At around 1:00 in the afternoon my cousin had finally came here in our place together with the foods that needed to cook like the rice, fried chicken, spaghetti and the juice.
I didn't helped the preparation for I have other things needed to do but when it was finally finished and we're all ready to go to the School, I also joined with them, and that was around 2:15 in the afternoon.
Around 2:30 in the afternoon we finally arrived at the School and the students were very happy to see all of us and then we immediately prepared the foods inside the classroom as we will also going to start. Exactly 3:00 in the afternoon the program had officially started with the help and guidance of the School Head and all the Teachers. I
t was first started by some Children Songs with a dance presentation facilitated by the head of the Christian Education Department and at this moment he also shared some Bible Story. I was also tasked to sing a song of praise to God as this is one of the most important part of this program.
After some Children songs, Bible Storytelling and singing of praises to God, it was then forwarded to my cousin who organized this feeding mission for how many years already as this will be his time to share the Word of God.
Here, he shared a Word of God even though the Children are very young but still they need to learn about the Word of God even in their young age. Aside from the students, some of the parents are present and willing to listen.
It is very nice to see all of them very attentive while my cousin is sharing the Word of God. Even the parents who are present are very attentive and we thank God for all of this.
Good thing also is that, all the teachers were also listening even though they're seated outside the classroom. We do believe that God is also working in their lives.
After a while, the first part of our program for our feeding had finally finished and it is now time for our second part which is the feeding itself. And we can see to the faces of the little Children that they're very excited.
What we did now is we instructed them to stay on their chairs and we will be the one serving the foods and all of them were very good for they listened very well to what we have instructed to them.
After we finished giving the foods to the students, we also never forget to give foods to the parents who were present and the teachers knowing that we have prapared good for hundred children and approximately they're only more or less 70 students with parents and teachers.
Now, while the students had finally received their foods and started eating, I am also very busy taking pictures of them while enjoying the foods. As I watched all of them eating, I felt overjoyed and blessed for I was one of God's instrument to share such a blessing like this.
That was around 4:30 in the afternoon our feeding mission had finally finished and before we go back home, we never forget to take pictures with the teachers and parents for without them, this feeding mission will not also be successful.
We also give thanks to all the sponsors who shared their blessings and we claim to God that they will be blessed more. After a while we then decided to go home and as we go home, it is very fulfilling to hear thanksgiving from students from what they had received. All of this is not for us but for God glory and honor alone.

That's a great initiative for a feeding mission to the children. It's really hard to gather budget for that feeding program mission but it's worth every penny when you see these children that are eating and enjoying their food.
