if he used the topical form, you have to use it very specifically and even the manufacturers of it will admit that it has a relatively low success rate, even if it is applied correctly. I wasn't really keen on doing that process twice a day and can understand how a lot of other people wouldn't be either.

it might be too late for him now but the pill form is much more effective and you can't apply it incorrectly. It is also really inexpensive depending on where you life. It's just an idea.
