John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life".
Hello everyone, this is my second time posting here so let me share with you some moments that happened in my weekend experiences.
Cup of Tea
Since my cousin and my loml (love of my life <3) go to church every sunday our Pastor encourages us that we should set up a date for our bible study so that we can learn more about the word of God. We did set up the date and also the place that we're going to meet. We decided to meet at 3pm in Cup-fe Maria which is located in Bacolod City near LCCB. It is my first time going there and it was a cute mini cafe with a minimalist design that you can really chill with your friends with. We ordered some coffee and snacks (I didn't have a chance to take a photo of it :<), while waiting we had a little chitchat first with our pastor before we started with our discussions which I will tell you after this.
Bible Study Time
We started with a prayer led by our pastor, after that he showed us a book (the book is published by our church, which I put in the picture above) the title is '5 Key Principles of Salvation' it contains 5 lessons. This lesson aims to deepen our understanding of salvation in Jesus Christ. There are also questions written in the book that we can answer and also to widen our understanding about it. Our pastor told us that if there are more questions to ask or curiosity that we want to know he is open to answer it so that we can fully understand what the bible says.
There are 5 lessons that we discuss about:
Lesson 1: Eternal Life is a Person
Lesson 2: The Payment of Sin is Death
Lesson 3: Eternal Life is a Gift
Lesson 4: Salvation is By God's Grace and Mercy
Lesson 5: You Are a Sinner (You Must be Born Again)
Each lesson contains a bible verse that is related to topics that we have discussed. If you want to know more about what the book contains, I'm happy to share it with you guys hehe. After the discussions we ended it with a prayer and we said thank you to our pastor for sharing such wonderful lessons and also goodbye since we already ended it.
A lil date w/ him
After our bible study it is already 5pm but me and my loml decided that we should go to Lagoon Park here in Bacolod first since we still have time. We bid our goodbye to my cousin since she won't go with us she has an errand to do. While walking going to the park we talked about what our lessons happened a minute later. We had a little chitchat about how our day went, being goofy and teasing each other a lot, which he always does in me (hmmm). When we arrived at the Lagoon Park in Bacolod there was a lot of family bonding with their kids, people who jogged every afternoon, and also don't forget the love birds or couples hehe. Once you enter you will see a big pond in the middle where you can feed the fish (you can buy a 10 pesos fish food in vendors). There are also a lot of seats but most people here in Bacolod pre
Preparation for Chinese New Year
After strolling and taking pictures inside the Lagoon we decided to go home because it started to get dark already. While walking we saw that they are already preparing for the event that is going to happen this January 29 which is the Chinese New Year, Kung Hei Fat Choi everyone, you can see the lanterns that already place there is also some stage that I didn't have a chance to take pic with. I think some celebrities are going to perform here, It always happens every event. You may also see some animals that indicate our year of, btw I'm a Year of the Horse, how about you? hehe.
So that's it for today everyone, I hope you guys had fun while reading my weekend experience. Thank you so much. ✨

that verse is my favorite. and there's another one too ' thou shall not fear for I am with you' . That's the reason why I'm not afraid of anything, cause I know he is with me. Thank you for your sharing about the 5 principles. God bless us all.
Yes, we should never afraid of anything because he will always be with us. Thank you for taking time reading my post, God bless. ♡

Love and God are definitely beautiful, and your relationship will flourish with God in the center of your relationship. Isn't it amazing somebody is there for us, takes care of us, and loves us unconditionally? Love is a wonderful thing.
