oh for sure, it is a lovely place no doubt. I think it is folly to try to LIVE there though. It is very easy to to visit via taxi from the suburbs and you get to skip certain festivals that block traffic that you might not be all that interested in. When I lived there for that month I was subjected to grid-locked traffic on a regular basis even though I didn't even know what was going on. There was another time that I was denied the ability to drive my motorbike back to my own apartment because the street had been marked off for a festival. I had to leave my bike blocks away from my house and walk. That wasn't very convenient!
