Seventeen years in the Cooperative:
I have been working in Cebu Peoples Multi Purpose Cooperative for Seventeen Years upon writing this post. There were a lot of positions that I experienced as I worked here. One of my current positions that I enjoyed here is in Mang Pipol TV a social media platform in our company who document the company, our Coop partners and our member's story on how the cooperative helped them. Today we just visited the farm of my schoolmate in Tabogon Cebu who is a member of Lipiemco Cooperative in Lexmark. It is a multi million business with four farms in different areas here in Cebu.
We arrived Safely after two to three long hours
It was so fun as we were driving with three different vehicles, we followed thought that they were familiar with the road, Unfortunately, we miss the place and redirected to a different place and laughed as we bumped into a dead end spot. With me my team in Cebu People's Multi Purpose Cooperative Mang Pipol Tv and the other our partner Lipiemco Cooperative Staff and there board of director.
We are so tired that day the heat of the sun and the bumpy road, but it was worthy when my schoolmate prepared us Lechon Baboy, Buko Juice, and some other delicious foods.
Piggery Farm is a Multi-Million Business:
The owner of this farm supplied the Pork Shop here in Cebu with different branches in different cities and municipalities. A lots of profit in this type of business with huge capital and investment as well.
Success Story that I love to here:
This is just one of the success stories if you are cooperative member here in the Philippines. You can have your business and if you have no capital, you can ask the assistance of this financing institution which aims to enhance the social status of all members and Filipinos here in the Philippines.
