My Birthplace:
I always remember my early childhood here in Ilum Catmon Cebu. Right after my parents got married my father work in Tinongs bakeshop and my mother stayed in the mountain with us. I remember that my father was with us only on weekdays. I remember that every time we go to the market we called tabo every Thursday, where people brought their products to the market to sell. We need to walk kilometers from the road going to our house, life is so simple no gadgets and no electricity. Every night I always afraid in the dark since there were no lights where black birds bat fly near in our house.
Beautiful Nature and Province:
I always remember my birthplace and always think that someday I can have my retirement home here. Today as I visit I notice and appreciate the beauty of nature that God has given to us, it was truly amazing. The color of the petal's flowers and plants are everywhere. As I was standing here I saw the green mountains in front of me and in the middle, I saw the ocean which is so relaxing and positive. I long to visit here weekly but due to my work and busy schedule, I tried every other month to make me unwind and enjoy my province.
My Loved ones and companions for today:
As I visited the place my brother Noe is with me and my son John. When we arrived there I saw my uncle my daddy Beboy he is the caretaker of the area and neighbor's rest house. My brother and I were talking and planning if we can have our little house and a poultry farm business here someday. To refresh the day my uncle Beboy gave us coconut and its fresh juice it was delicious and refreshing for the sunny day.
My relatives:
These are the grandson of my uncle Beboy who made him busy every day, but these children also help him do the household chores. They help them feed the goat, water the plants and flowers, and feed the chicken as well. They also have their module classes and to tell you I appreciate their way of studying answering the module in front of the mountains, ocean, and beautiful colorful garden, what an amazing experience. But, gadgets and cellphones were in the mountain also I saw them busy with their cellphones and searching for mobile signals.
I am a Nature Lover:
As a nature lover, I will always treasure my province and my birthplace Ilum Catmon Cebu I love to sleep there and remember my early childhood in the smell of natural green grass and flowers. It is my hope that someday I can have my vacation there with a beautiful retirement house huge fruit farm and a poultry business.
