THE PURPOSE
Now the purpose of this celebration is because of all teachers in TGJ Class as I have shared here before. This class include a twelve (12) lessons and after the said lesson the graduation will follow and so the graduation and it happened last August 5 it was Saturday in the afternoon.
There are so many kids, from Canhaway and Masayag there were parents also who attended the graduation and so the church staff together with the OCC Teachers.
After the program of our graduation our Senior Pastor Jose said that we teachers will go for swimming in Roxas Park and was scheduled next Saturday which is August 5. So that is the reason why we have been in this place.
It was my great day to be back in this place. I'm super thankful to God and to the church for this opportunity to be here and to celebrate the goodness of the Almighty One and also for the victory of our classes. On the other hand, I was a little bit sad 😢 because our Youth pastor and his wife wasn't able to join with us because ate Jean had a sore eyes. It seems like wherever we go ate Jean never missed to be with us that is why but later on I was glad that I enjoy the moment I spent together with the GCBC youth and so with our Senior Pastor and family. We shared some memories in life, talk a jokes and then had a great swimming and slide 🤣 hehehe.
We arrived at 9 am and prepared everything for our lunch. And so let me show you what we have during our lunch. Actually I wasn't able to take a picture of our viand because I was busy swimming at the pool but here's some of the desert that I will share.
We had a cooked peanut that was from the garden of nanay Ladia and Pastor Jose.
Tapioca. It was ate Sarah who made this salad for our fellowship.
White pasta. This was made by ate Jean which is so very yummy but she's not around. I really love the taste because it is not too sweet just right only
We also had a ripe jackfruit, the taste is sweet also.
Chocolate cake
Last but not the least is this chocolate cake that was bought by ate Shane one of the young people in our church that has passed the LPT (License Professional Teacher) and as a thanksgiving for the church for all the prayers in order for her to pass the exam and so she bought this.
Here is the picture together with Ma'am Shane. She is a secondary teacher major in English
And of course without hesitation, together with the GCBC young people we also had a group picture
When we we're at the pool, our dear Pastor took us a photo 😁 and said to smile
We all had a great day and so a great swam!
Here are some of my photos in Roxas Park
