Hello everybody,
Since I practiced intermittent fasting wayback 2023 I avoided late snacks because usually I end my food intake at 2:00 pm in the afternoon then I eat or take my coffee at 8:00 so, fasting for 18 hrs with only water as intake in between. But, because this Challenge is about Late Snack I will share my favorite snacks I munched in the past yrs, recalling my bad habits...First on my list were fried peanuts I usually fry using coconut oil with a dash of rock salt. I do love to eat them almost midnight before when I crocheted something rush for a customers order.
Then, when we travel we take home a pizza, I kept them on the fridge, ate them as mid night snacks, cold and hard ahahaha paired with lukewarm water.
Sometimes I bought my favorite Ube Hopia when we travel to the South. Hmm, I love this as snacks. I can even devour one pack, I do not share with my family hahaha they knew I this are my fave.
During market day I choose ube sweet potatoes, I fry them, no sugar just plain ube sweet potatoes. Usually I bought 3 kilos and fry them all place in a container so we could eat them as late snacks.
One time we travelled North here in our Island we visited the Dragon Fruit Farm. Very timely it was harvest time so, I bought how many kilos. Oh la la so yumminess! I placed in the fridge eat with gusto as late snacks the fruit is so cold, nice feeling to my esophagus then to my stomach plus with cold water ho my nice feeling, the result I can't sleep so just browse on Pinterest and saved crochet pattern that I can copy in my future projects.
One time when I passed by a fruit stand then many supply of Avocados I bought some ripe some unripe. The unripe fruits I placed inside the cartoon and contained them. I always checked if they were riped already. Ate them on late snack time only half of the fruit not to fill my stomach because it was hard to sleep.
Sometimes I cooked low carb puto cheese that was my late snacks, take it with coffee.
With the 15n1 instant coffee drink mix with gluthathione I can sleep easily, pair with this puto cheese oh my they blend together, I can't feel heaviness in my stomach, sleep soundly after two hours of my late snacks.
Here were the some of the foods I devour for my late snacks before hope you like them. But, with my experienced better no late snacks at all just plain water, listen to great grandma, guys. Stay healthy because health is wealth!
