There's already a spillover effect here in Cambodia. Recently the Chief of Police in Cambodia had to remind every one that marijuana is still illegal in Cambodia, and growing any more than the culturally allowed three plants at home will result in arrest. In-laws that I would've never imagined are now growing ganja to experiment with natural medicines that they've seen on Thai YouTube videos.
