Yes, he is a family member of ours, the third Cambodian we've onboarded, but the only one still posting. Seventeen years ago Cambodia was still a pretty wild place. We have Hive plans for our return to Cambodia, would like to give some youngsters the opportunity to be self-employed in the rice fields, and earn a salary better than what they could by commuting to a Chinese factory each day.

Funny you mentioned the French, it's almost a dead language now, and the nail in the coffin was the last medical school that still taught in French has now closed. The older generation of doctors can still speak it, and you could easily explain your health concerns to them, but otherwise it's a remnant of the past, English and Mandarin are taking over.
