RE: My Bitter Gourd Plant Journey

in ASEAN HIVE COMMUNITY3 years ago

I must admit I'm not a big fan of bitter melon, but I can't deny it's health properties. That is nice to know you don't have to use seeds only from a fruit left to die on the vine. The ways I like to eat bitter melon are not very healthy, especially fried, which I would think counteracts its health benefits on some level.

What's your favorite way to prepare bitter melon?

My favorite way of preparing bitter gourd is I want it raw then I chop it into small pieces and we put vinegar, salt, tomato and onion. That's it.
