I prefer to blame it on Canada, after all, you guys have a better health care and social system. Perhaps one day you guys and Key Wests will be generous to rebuild all the Indiana trailer parks your whirlwinds have destroyed 😉.
The Mexican comment reminds me of a town I used to live in. It was Leadville, Colorado, 10,400ft in altitude, and home to minus 4o temps in winter, even saw it snow in July once there. It was/is a poor town, and home to many Mexican immigrants/migrants that take shuttle buses to work at resorts like Vail/Aspen, etc. A lot of these folks were from the lowlands of southern Mexico, so I can't even imagine how miserable the weather seemed to them.
