Well that makes two psychos of us then, perhaps the garlic bread can bring sanity one day 😉.
The cabbage is very simple, just fry it in oil in small batches until crispy but not burned. When you remove the cabbage from the oil and it is still hot, that is the time to sprinkle with salt, toasted sesame seeds and crushed red pepper if you want it spicy. The seasoning will stick to the cabbage when it is still hot, but if you're not fast enough the cabbage will cool down and the seasoning will just fall to the bottom of the bowl.
