At least the children are having a good time. Grownups have to endure the crazy music and loud noises!
I used to ask bus drivers to lower the volume of the music in the bus. One driver asked to to leave his bus! I didn’t want to have a flare up quarrel so I asked him to be kind as I would reach my stop soon. He looked as if he had been taken some speed pills! So, I had to play safe. The other driver was nicer and he reduced the volume for me.
I am the only person on the train who dare to ask other passengers to lower the volume of their mobile phones and to use the small talk extension cords. These people would continue to act irresponsibly if no one told them off.
My ears are extremely sensitive and I could throw up in five minutes if the frequencies of the loud music hurt my brain. I did have to leave a Japanese restaurant on two occasions as I didn’t feel well enough to eat the food. All the food had to be wrapped up for me. My conclusion was that I was a hybrid between human and some alien from Andromeda! I could see things others couldn’t see and hear other people’ s thoughts from time to time. My life is getting weird as I got older! Very strange and frustrating at times.
Yeah true, people get offended no matter how polite you're while asking such things.
Sometimes I think it's not that they don't understand your reason but it's more because they actually felt the guilt but refuse to acknowledge that and be defensive instead because they just don't want to give in.
Anyway this is also why we finally just decided to try getting good quality earplug for our own protection instead.
Because it's sometimes just wasting your time and energy if you know that you're just like hitting a wall, we're here not to find trouble with people afterall 😅.
Most of the time in life you just can't erase the problem but just have to deal with it and trying to make the less possible damage on your side.
