Hey Hivers!
Few days after the supertyphoon Odette hit Cebu, I posted a blog about the aftermath of the supertyphoon. I mentioned to my blog that 100% of my earnings will be donated to the victim/s of the typhoon.
My post earned Php2,268.672 (around $45). I was so grateful because I know that it was already a great help to someone who is a typhoon victim.
Four days ago, I went back to Alegria to personally give the money to Ate Julia. I chose Ate Julia as my beneficiary of my hive earnings because her house was completely washed-out by the supertyphoon Odette. If you have noticed the vacant lot in the photo below, that's where their house was built but since it was washed out she and her family is already homeless. She and her family helped me to survive during and after the typhoon.
After I gave her the cash assistance from Hive Community, I asked her if I could take her a photo.
The video that I posted here is the footage that I personally took 2 days after the supertyphoon, the time when I decided to return back home since I was in Alegria when the supertyphoon happened.
Thank you so much Hive Community for your support. We were able to help a homeless. Thank you once again. We will never forget your kindness.

This is so heart-warming to see! It really makes me believe that there is still humanity despite all the bad things going on in the world. Thank you so much for helping a victim of this typhoon, the amount you gave her would be such a great help in rebuilding their house.
