Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. In yesterday's post, I updated the vegetables I just planted last month in the home garden. But there are also many vegetables in the my home garden that I planted several months ago. And them can now be harvested for cooking. One of them is hyacinth beans. I planted hyacinth beans during the rainy season about 2 months ago. This is the first time I grow this vegetable in my home garden. And hyacinth beans just flowered and bore fruit at the late of last month. So it was the first time that my wife harvested hyacinth beans from our home garden to cook as well. Because we usually buy hyacinth beans at the wet market when we want to eat them. But there are not many hyacinth beans in this cooking. So my wife used them as an ingredient for green curry with chicken.

In addition to the hyacinth beans my wife harvested from the home garden for the green curry with chicken, there were also basil and kaffir lime leaves.

I have to learn to cook like this. It’s good to have all your vegetables grown in your own garden. Such healthy and yummy food! Everyone will put on weight during the holidays!
