Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. In this post I want to share another simple dish that my wife cooked. This dish is a spicy soup with hyacinth bean and pork rinds. Of course the main vegetable ingredient for this dish is hyacinth bean. My wife harvested the hyacinth bean fresh from the home garden. And them are chemical free vegetables.

Very interesting recipe! I haven’t seen this dish before. You have so many kinds of vegetables on your garden. It’s like a veggie market!

This reminds me of traditional homemade dishes . Nothing beats fresh ingredients from the garden

I don't remember trying or eating hyacinth bean. Can they also be eaten raw? I wish I could try this someday because I love pork rinds too. This recipe is easy to follow; if I had the ingredients, I would try cooking it too. I think this one goes well with fried fish and rice.
