Thanks for sharing this recipe! Fish lumpia is really one of the Filipino dishes that is craved for whether it's just an ordinary day or a celebration. This is one of the dishes I miss as well. There are available ingredients here but for some reason, the taste of lumpia that we usually have in the Philippines is different. It's much better. I wonder if it's just because it's "home".
