RE: Land of the Yellow Jeep

Here in my place, Butuan, the trikes has color codes. When you see an orange trike, it means that you are in Butuan.

I thought that jeepneys are already not existing ‘coz there are no jeepneys here in my place. They say that the government prohibits using jeepneys in transit and it was a disheartening news because jeepneys are part of our Pinoy heritage and we also made a lot of memories especially during school days.

I think the government will phaseout the old jeeps like probably 20 years old and still running. That's just what I heard but not really sure yet. I guess we will know that in the coming months after the Senate hearings because a lot of jeepney operators are against the full phase out of the jeeps and will make it into electric jeeps specially in Manila. Yap, there is an electric Jeep or there was an electric jeep but the protesters burned the electric jeep. So that's a bit chaotic issue. Still waiting for the final verdict.
I have a friend who is a jeepney operator here and they are now slowly changing the jeep to taxi...

Really?? In Butuan you don't have jeepneys? So what's your mode of transport aside from the trikes like if you wish to go to far places?
Well probably you have buses there Naman.
Never been to Butuan before, that's part of Davao right?
So it means you're a bisdak too?😍☺️

Btw, thanks for dropping by my post.
