I search it online on what it really looks like cuz I never seen Cha-om here in my area. Or maybe I have seen it but I never knew it was edible. But the dish looks absolutely tasty. Aside from it appetizing appearance it also has a lot of nutrional benefits

Thank you very much sis. In Thailand and neighboring countries, cha-om is abundant, and we can use it to make many different dishes. You can also substitute cha-om with other leafy green vegetables that you prefer....Have a great day sis. ❤️
