What a cool name for a ramen restaurant. Anyways, I haven't tried dried ramen and this is the first time I heard about it, because in the Philippines the Ramen I always saw and eat was the soup one. The soup ramen was very rich and flavorful. Hope I can try that dry ramen soon. Nice picture!
