HELLO EVERYONE,

How are you all? Hope everyone is well. I am also fine by the grace of God.

Today I came with a recipe. Today I will share a different kind of recipe. The recipe that I am going to share today is Banana Mocha Bharta Recipe. I have never eaten this recipe like this before. But I used to see this recipe being prepared at different times in my Nanu's house. So I thought I'd give it a try one day. Banana mocha was brought from our local banana plantation a few days ago. So I thought to make it. I liked eating more. Hope you will like the recipe. So let's get started.

Necessary Materials

Banana mocha

Olive pickle

Mango Pickle

salt

garlic paste

Chilli powder

Step - 1

First I bought banana mocha from the market. I cut off the top part well and threw it away. Then I took out these parts of the inside of the banana peel.

Step - 2

Then I put a hard and long piece inside them. Then I washed everything well. They may contain some toxic substances so wash them thoroughly.

Step - 3

After that, they were slightly crushed on the sandpaper. It is light and should be removed so that all the juice does not come out. Then take it to a plate.

Step - 4

Then I added mango pickle and olive pickle. If you use a few types of pickles, this bharta is much better to eat.

Step - 5

After that I added some salt and pepper powder. The amount of solder should be given a little more.

Step - 6

Then I added some garlic paste. Since banana mocha is a bit mushy, using garlic batter is great.

Step - 7

Finally everything is mixed very well.
