Today I came with a recipe. You all know that I love to cook. Sometimes I like to share some cooking recipes with you and I get a lot of support. That's why sometimes I share recipes with you. For a few days now I have been thinking of sharing a fish recipe with you.
The recipe is fried fish recipe. This recipe was made a long time ago. Fish is often brought to our house. Kai fish is very good to eat. Almost everyone in my family loves to eat this kai fish fry recipe. But sometimes I make kai fish bhaji. Kai fish bhaji is also great. It is also good to eat roasted like this. Especially because of the addition of tomatoes, it is more pleasant to eat. Hope you will like this recipe today. So let's get started.
Necessary Materials

tomato
coriander leaves
onion
Green chillies
salt
turmeric powder
Cumin powder
Chilli powder
garlic paste
Step - 1
First I cut the fish. Then I washed them with clean water. Then I spread it with turmeric powder, chili powder and salt. Then I left them for a few minutes.
Step - 2
After that I heated enough oil in a pan. Then I fried the fish there.
Step - 3
Remove the fishes and fry chopped onions and green chillies in that pan again with some oil.
Step - 4
Then I added salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder and garlic batter.
Step - 5
Then I added some chopped tomatoes. Shake everything well and strain it for a while. In this case, it should be drained very well so that the fishes are cooked well.
Step - 6
Then I gave some more water there. When the water is warm, I put the fish in it. After that, I cleaned the fish for a while.
Step - 7
I cooked the fish till the water reduced. In this case, you have to watch carefully so that the fish don't burn.
Step - 8
After cooking, I chopped some coriander leaves and removed it from the oven. Coriander leaves are very good for me, it increases the taste of food.
