HELLO EVERYONE,

Today I have come to share a general writing post with all of you. I am sharing these writings with the aim of reaching my thoughts to you through my writing.

I know what professionalism is very well and I think everyone around us, that is, we all know professionalism very well. But despite knowing some things very well, for some reason we never want to implement them in our lives or in our work. And behind this unwillingness, perhaps our own interests are hidden somewhere or the other, very subtly. I am not saying that all of us are in the same situation. I am actually talking about the few people among us.

We all know what professionalism is. That is, bringing the seriousness of our profession, the sense of responsibility that our profession has and conducting ourselves according to that sense of responsibility can be said to be a very difficult thing. Because suppose you are a victim of a situation in which the person in front of you is constantly telling you harsh words. That too is talking to you in such a language or in such a manner that it is almost impossible for a normal person to keep a cool head there.

Now, in such a situation, two things can happen. The things are, either that person forgets his professionalism and gives a harsh reply to the person in front of him. That is, what that person deserves. Or it can be another way. Where the person being talked to keeps his cool and handles that person so much that no matter how bad the person in front says, the person being talked to does not utter a bad word.

This is basically professionalism. That is, no matter how bad the situation is. No matter how difficult the situation is. That person never forgets his own professionalism. He never forgets his duty, his responsibility, how much character he can show himself and this is basically a sign of basic professionalism. Which many of us lose for our emotions. That is, a big thing about professionalism is being able to control our emotions. Along with that, maintaining the formality of your profession 100%, which most of us cannot do.

This is my own and original article.
