Hello. It is currently 11:25 A.M in the morning. To start off such a beautiful cloudy saturday, my wife @janicetan and I made some cheesy bread. This is a great simple meal that anyone can make. CHEEESY TUNA BREAD
I have made a lot of pizza base in the past but it take lots of time so this is a fast and easy fast recipe.
What do you need?
- Mozzarella cheese
- Bread
- Tuna
That's all that's needed for this easy and quick recipe. When I was in Sydney, Australia some years ago, this was breakfast every morning before heading out. The nearest eatery was not in the vicinity. Had to get on a train and head to the city. The walk from the motel to the train was a 15 minutes walk. Will share about what Australia is like if you have never been there in later post. I've been to Brisbane, Sydney and Perth. It is very very different. Beautiful country but different culture. Opposite the motel was a petrol station that had a grocery section, so we went there to get bread, cheese and all sorts of items for the cheesy bread. Then there is the oven in the room.
That's the backstory of how this came to be.
SOME BREAD
Bread as the bread. Spread the tuna evenly on the bread base. Sprinkle mozzarella.
Can be done using nutella too. The alternative method would be to spread Nutella on the bread base and sprinkle some mozzarella onto it.
Low Fat Mozzarella
Any cheap Mozzarella will do. Usually, my wife search for those discounted ones.. 😀😀😀
Waiting to be sent to the oven
No oil used. Usually for Pizza, there is a layer of oil that is spread onto the pan to make sure that the base doesn't stick to the pan. So this is the healthier version if in case your craving for some pizza but do not want the oiliness. If your vegan, just replace the ingredients with vegetables instead.
Air Fryer
This air fryer is one of the best things to have at home. Food making and heating becomes a joy instead of a chore.
So the outcome after 5 minutes of air frying?
Caramelized cheese. Pardon for the lower part which hasn't been cleaned out yet.

So does it stretch ? Let's find out.
Only Mozzarella can do this. Other types of cheese stretch a lot less. I've tried stretching Mozzarella for a mere 20 centimetres. Other cheese breaks.

For the GoPro 10 and 9 no normal edition. Unless GoPro 7 and 8. 8 is not so good because the lens rosak not easy to change. Gopro 7 got silver got white and black. Black is the best one.
