The hills of Brunei on the island of Borneo
I love hiking in Brunei. Usually when I visit Brunei, I one of the best places to visit is definitely to natural sites. Breathing fresh air and getting some exercise done. The best reward would be the spectacular view as the sun sets.
The trails that leads deep into the tropics. Birds chirping and the sound of the wind. Other than this, the trails are less crowded. There are lots of shade too from the covers of the trees.
Ant nest
These are believed to be sacred. Sometimes, numbers appear on the nest. What to do with these numbers? Go to the nearest lottery tickets chain and buy them in hopes of striking a jackpot.
LNG plant
Brunei Darussalam is an exporter of LNG (Liquified Natural gas). That is one of the plants that process all those gas that is to be expected to overseas.
That is just breathtaking to look at. Such an amazing view.
The view of the pylon
All around the trails are pylons thst carry electricity. This is what it looks like from beneath.
After some walk, finally we reach this part of the trail. You can clearly see the other side of the trail that lead to the other side. Despite the dark clouds appearing, luckily it did not rain.

We usually spend an hour here. After a nice walk, we are usually drenched with sweat. Imagine the tropics, the hot sun.
After a walk, we were finally out.
Do you like hiking? The trails here are not too difficult so I guess anyone can definitely do it. It is never too late to get an exercise. Hope that you have a great day. All the best.

Brunei is indeed a small country in the world..However, it retains an interesting natural charm and great natural products such as natural gas LNG. This is the country of Sultan Bolkiah's kingdom.
