I agree with the idea of how difficult it is to go through immigration when processing documents. They will interrogate you as if you were a criminal. You'll spend so much time lining up and waiting, and the worst part is if you get rejected.

then when you get rejected you have to pretend and smile and say that you understand and "no problem" etc even though you are mad as hell because you know that they are just refusing you because they want to, not because of any sort of real rule.
