Hello everything, how are you, I hope you are fine wherever you are on this occasion I want to share stories about my cooking recipes, the beef that I cook for my beloved family on the day of uploading because fasting has arrived but can only make a post about my cooking today because it is too busy with other activities and almost forgot that there are some photos on my cellphone about my recipes that day and I don't want to miss this opportunity The side dishes when the children will enjoy white rice with side dishes that are cooked by a mother, I like to cook because my children like to eat, what else my first child beef really likes my meat to cook until it's really soft and can be eaten as much as my beloved family, okay, let's go straight to the ingredients?

After I cut it according to taste and I washed it clean and then I gave salt and also lime juice into the beef cut beef that I had provided, I left it for a while while doing the other to saute it so that the salt and lime juice also seep into all parts of the beef so that it was better when I was going to cook it

I fill enough oil into the pan that I have provided on the stove and light a medium heat, when the oil is getting hot and then I put the tools that I have provided to saute it when the onion has begun

Then I put the ground spices that I have pierced using a blender and I pour it into a pan that already contains stir -fry, and I give enough water not too much.
Then I put the minced meat that I have prepared for my cooking and have to wait a little long for the meat to be tender, little by little I put the water when it starts to dry and the meat is not tender, I add the water is not too much just a little.
Because I have put the water several times and this is a little dry and then I put the sweet soy sauce so that my cooking is more delicious and fragrant, haha my child really likes it.
And I tried to take one chopped meat for me to taste because I wanted to see whether this was really soft or not and after I tried the meat it could be served because it was very tender.

This recipe has simple ingredients yet the result is always delicious though I am not familiar with lawang and candlenut. Sadly, beef is just a little expensive over here. Yes, for Asians, this goes well with rice. I think I will consume a lot of rice with this type of dish. Yum-yum!
