Busy Saturday.
Finally the busy weekends are finally over for me especially it was my very first time getting my blood drawn for my heath check on last Saturday. Wanted to do this for a very very long time since years back but keeps getting delayed until this year.
Was a little nervous the day before but on that day itself that funny nervous feeling just vanished but I am feeling more to being blurry to the situation because my brains still haven't fully waken up yet on that morning.🤣Haha.
My husband said that the needle is really huge but luckily I have seen even bigger needle at the dentist so this is just some tiny needle to me.🤣
It was a quick blood drawn for my husband but guessed what, sadly not me!😖Uh oh..
When it was my turn the nurse couldn't find my veins on the both side of my arms.
She said my veins are so fine and most of my veins are hiding.🤣
I guessed my veins just got nervous and goes into hiding mode. Hahaha
Because my veins are always showing out on normal days but not that day.
So the nurse said that she couldn't do it but she will ask the Doctor to do it.
The Doctor too said my veins are super fine so he tried to draw blood from my right arm but sadly it wasn't enough.😱
So he had to start all over again for the 2nd time but from another spot on my hand this time.
Thankfully he get to draw nearly a full tube of blood this time and finally had enough blood that is needed this time.
I was looking at the Doctor and nurse the whole time while they are drawing my blood for the 2nd time.🤣The first time it was only the doctor drawing my blood but the second time it was both of them. The nurse was helping to pull the injection syringe while the doctor was holding the needle with the hose connection on my hand.
The nurse was looking at me in surprised because normally people will look away while getting their blood drawn but not me.
Actually in my heart I was telling my blood that this time you better to fill up that tube faster. I am not risking getting another spot injected again.🤣
But I am grateful that the two times I was poke by the needles it wasn't painful at all.
So yes finally the procedure was done and had to wait for few days for the results.
After that we went to eat a big breakfast because we were required to do fasting since 10pm the night before until the next day after our blood was drawn around 9.20am and we were super hungry after that.
I ordered kon lo mee with a tomato fresh fish soup on the side while my husband had taken the laksa fried fish soup instead.
It was delicious because the fish slice are really fresh and yummy.
After breakfast we continue to hunt for my gardening tools again.
Sadly the things i wanted to find was out off stock in this mini shop.
Before heading to our next gardening shop ,we stopped by a small mall to get our watch strap changed which by the way was a very long overdue task too since last year.😂
I guessed we were way too busy with our life years back.
My old watch strap was in the midst of breaking off anytime soon.😂
It's been awhile we didn't step foot in this mall and it's sad to see most of the stores are closed here.
It's sad to see but this is reality.
Saw this cute shop which reminds me of my childhood days.
After that we stopped by another gardening shop and this one was huge.
The cactus section. So many varieties !
They are selling so many kinds of flower pots. From the smallest size to the biggest size of pots which comes in various shapes and designs too.
Look at this! So beautiful but the prices are very beautiful too. 😂Hahaha

They even sell stones too here and some hardware things and tiles. I am actually quite impressed.
And I have finally found what I wanted here!
Bought a 12L bag of perlites and some rooting powder.
The other bag of compose rich soil which I have bought it from Mr.DIY the other day.
It was one busy day and tiring day so I just had to cook something than can refill our energy up.
And chicken pineapple curry potato it is. Not an ordinary curry but my very own recipe and it tasted real good.
In the process of cooking the chicken in curry sauce.
When it was ready to be serve with hot rice. Yummy!
Most important is that my husband approves too and said it's delicious.😋
Then we ended our day by watching some movies at home.
It was a great start for the weekend.

I never had those problems when having a blood sample taken, luckily. I know many who has that problem though 😂

Yes.Indeed.Actually I wanted to just order takeaway food but I also wanted to eat some homecooked food.🤭Since I still have some extra energy so just cook a delicious homecooked food instead.hehe❤️
