Wednesday Walk and Make me Smile .... March 9, 2022 Edition...Location : 21st District, Vienna
I was thingking deeply yesterday whether I should really have my tooth extracted. In Spain, I had an inflammation because of this particular tooth. My gums were so swollen that I had to take pain reliever and antibiotics for over a week. The dentist, a young doctor at Centro de Salud told me I had to continue taking the antibiotics to fully get rid of the inflammation before he could take the tooth out. The day came when we had to leave Spain, no extraction was done because I had a departure stress. In Vienna, I gave it still a chance to have a tooth root treatment which the dentist here tried last week, truth was she could not fully perform the treatment and said that the tooth is too loose and it will surely pose a problem and maybe become inflamed again. I was given an appointment for the extraction.
Yesterday had been the appointment and she injected the anaesthesia that took effect immediately, seemed the technology is so modern these days. Before, one needs to wait for at least 15 minutes to feel the numbness taking effect. She began the extraction process right away. The thing was, the tooth broke (!) I felt the tooth cracked during the process. Oh my, good thing I did not feel any pain. Then she worked on the remaining 2 splitters and I was relieved, they were out too, thank God. The effect of the anaesthesia lasted for about two hours.
The Old Danube is just a few walks away from the clinic just like the Wasserpark where I went bird watching the other week. And so, I made the walk there and took these new shots for this content. The wonderful view of nature made me smile. It was such a lovely sunny day with just a few clouds from a far away distance and somehow the fact that my tooth had just been extracted made me think, how lucky I was to be able to see this view despite losing my tooth, lol.
After the shooting session, walked my way to get the car at the car park near the Floridsdorf Train Terminal. Supposedly, I should not eat after two hours and I was so hungry as it was lunch time. But my left cheek felt like a stone, I could not chew anyway and thought of a sustainable solution to fight hunger and that was drinking enough water. Anyways, glad the tooth was out.

Yikes on the tooth extraction. I have been very lucky in my life and other than my wisdom teeth, I have never had to have one of these. Great photos btw

In indonesia people have a joke one has toothache everything is wrong because everything what one does, the pain still remain.
Well, I am giving the pain a halt because I have a good painkiller Ibuprufen in powder form. once taken it will be effective in 5 minutes... Three days and goodbye pain ( I hope). Thank you.
Hope your gums are feeling much better now ate 🤗 I agree, injections used by dentists nowadays are taking effect immediately haha, had the same experience just 2 months ago. Love the views looking so clean and peaceful 😍

Hi Judy! yeah, Yeah I hope the weather stays sunny and already warm. If it is gloomy, only dark images will appear in the shots I make... so I was lucky to have captured the views with colors.

Yes, it was a success but I lost one tooth... hahaha at any rate good it was gone because it gave me a hard time with my gums.
It's a beautiful scenery ate @mers. If I was the one who had tooth extraction, seeing the view will make me forget the extraction. I will surely enjoy watching those views.
Lol, thanks the analgesic I am taking is helping me to forget the pain... yeah, when I took these images I really forgot about the tooth extraction, was excited because it was seldom that the sun was out and shining on this day.
