Of course, soups are often better than food cooked by frying. I usually eat soup when I’m sick too since it gives me many benefits like I can get more energy and it makes me feel better. It taste better when we add some vegetables like cabbages and mushroom. I like them a lot since it is good for our health especially for the people who on diets.
