Cooked Roast Chicken Recipe With My Cooking Buddy For The Cravings Of The Whole Family

Good day friends, folk and fellow hiver, chef natz04 is in the house, how are y'all there? So let me share my recipe for today which is my very own "roasted chicken recipe", since I raise chicken for the school project of my daughter and it was just easy to raise at home, which you don't need enough time and money inorder to raised. It's because they just roam around the backyard and look for their own food, inwhich if it is when no money to buy a viand in the market and you have a chicken at home, so viand is already solved.

So for the start of my recipe, this are the ingredients and materials that I have needed. The whole chicken body, steel skewer, charcoal, lemon grass, onion, garlic, seasoning, salt and soy sauce.

And then proceeding to my long preparation.

PREPARING PROCEDURE:

• put the pan into the fire and let it boiled the water.

• put the raw chicken and dip it inorder to get the feathers.

• and then get it after boiling, start to extract the feathers.

• and when it is clean and no more feathers, wash it thoroughly with water.

And then the steel skewer insertion procedure.

INSERTING PROCEDURE:

• insert the steel skewer inside the chicken body until to the mouth.

• tie the feet and the leg with a wire or roasted rope.

And for now, let me proceed to my marinating process.

MARINATING PROCEDURE:

• put the rolled lemon grass stalks inside the clean chicken body.

• put the spring onion leaves inside the clean chicken body.

• put the whole sliced onion inside the clean whole chicken body.

• put the flattened garlic inside the clean chicken whole body.

• add the 1/2 sachet magic sarap all around seasoning.

• add the 1/8 teaspoon of salt.

• add the 1/2 cup of soy sauce.

And lastly the final procedure, the cooking procedure.

COOKING PROCEDURE:

• fire a charcoal and let it fired.

• put the marinade chicken body into the fired charcoal.

• cook it for about one and a half hour.

• extract it from the skewer.

• finish already, and ready to serve.

So and so done with my recipe accompanying with my cooking buddy, my son Exodus, so lets eat and enjoy my #recipe, and for the conclusion, roasted chicken was so delicious, the skin are very crunchy, which the taste is really a mouth watery.

My husband taught me how to prepare food like what you did. Its a nice experience for me because i can cook native chicken even if he is not home.

I'm really sure that your husband grows in the province because he knows how to cook native chicken. The taste of native chicken is really different from the poultry chicken
