Today I went shopping to a regular vegetable shop near my house.
This is the closest vegetable shop from my house, besides the friendly seller, the vegetables that are sold are also quite complete.
There are various kinds of vegetables, fish and chicken which of course are still fresh.
There are also fruits such as bananas, and quite complete kitchen spices.
The price is also quite affordable.
For the food needs of me and my family, every day I choose to shop at this place, because to go to the traditional market I have to travel quite a distance, for the price there may be a slight difference from the market.
But by shopping here I don't have to be tired and go all the way to the market just to get a cheaper price from this shop.
This nearby vegetable shop is very helpful for my daily needs, this shop is open from 06.00 to 21.00 WIB.
Because today I came later in the day so a lot of vegetables were gone.
Do you know what I'm holding???...what I'm holding is my favorite food, yes....this is PETAI.
Do you like it??
The photo below is the result of my shopping today. I bought 1 kg of gold fish, curly red chili, 2 packs of instant coconut milk, banana leaves, 4 tomatoes, 1 pack of prawn crackers and 1 pack of tempeh.
For the above purchases I spent as much as Rp. 66,000.00 rupiah.
Thank you for reading, see you again with my other posts.

These pictures look like Cambodia! We sell ingredients and vegetables like these too in the countryside. Your poor made me miss my country.
True, I prefer to shop at a place like this than in a supermarket.
When I saw this post, I too missed Cambodia, because everyone makes very good small business there. Your little neighborhood store has more variety in produce than main supermarket here in Suriname. Little shops like this make neighborhoods more livable.
