@mayong is my nephew, and I cautioned him against posting an intro twice. I tried to make it clear that one's intro is arguably the most important single post on Hive. I recommend all newbies spend several weeks to a month just voting, commenting, subscribing to communities, etc., basically to get a feel of Hive before posting. He posted his intro directly from his blog even after I explained and showed how to post in a community, and I let him know he missed his chance to gain several followers from the intro post.
I let him know it's best to just move on and learn from this mistake, but not to post another intro. I'll try to keep a better eye on him, but I can only give advice. I've muted this post so that it doesn't potentially cause any more issues.
