Hello everyone.
The fun time in Thailand is over. My family and I have traveled back to Malaysia. When we arrived home, we were exhausted. Hahaha. Because we traveled at night, we drove for almost 12 hours and arrived home at 6 am the next morning. Today, we were exhausted, even though we went to bed right after we arrived home. We woke up at almost 1 pm the next day. So this evening, my sister and her family will come back to visit my mother-in-law. So today, we will not cook because we are exhausted. We will go to a restaurant to eat. Hahaha, it seems that my life is all about eating and eating.
My sister and her family arrived home at almost 4 pm. In fact, she thought my mother-in-law would cook today, but my mother was too tired from driving for hours. So, we agreed to go out for dinner at our usual restaurant. It had been almost a year since I could remember that we had not eaten at this restaurant. My sister agreed to go out for dinner together. When the kids met, they were happy and played like kids. At almost 6:30 pm, we drove to a restaurant that was not far from our house. It took us about 10 minutes to drive there. The restaurant has a limited number of tables and closes very early. The food here is delicious and the portions are quite large. The price is reasonable. Most of the customers who come to eat here are big families, no less than 10 people.
The food we ordered was 5-6 dishes including fried chicken, stir-fried chicken, stir-fried vegetables, stir-fried pork with chili and stir-fried vegetables with tofu, a menu for children. While waiting for the food, the children played with their phones while the adults talked and asked about the stories they had met during the time we had not seen each other. We told our sister and brother-in-law about the stories of our trip to Hat Yai, Thailand. There were many things that our sister asked us to buy from Thailand. We talked about many things which was a very flavorful conversation for family members who rarely met and had good stories to tell each other.
For example, when we went to eat grilled pork, while I was ordering various dishes, my daughter poured some soup into glasses and distributed them to my sister and mother-in-law to drink. Everyone felt that the taste of this drinking water was strange. When we saw it, we laughed and said that it was soup for grilled pork, not drinking water. Hahaha.
