Hello everyone.
And here we are again on Saturday, the weekend. It can be called a real holiday because this morning I woke up at 8:00 AM. The kids also woke up at the same time as me. I think they had a good night's sleep. And now it's time to start our activities for today. We started our Saturday morning by cleaning the kitchen and making breakfast for the kids. I made a simple dish of stir-fried cucumber with egg and pork and a big bowl of pumpkin curry with pork. But while I was cooking, the kids kept hanging around. Sometimes my youngest daughter wanted to help me in the kitchen. My oldest daughter asked for permission to use my other phone instead of drawing. I spent almost an hour and a half in the kitchen before the kids had breakfast. After we finished eating, it was time for me to clean the house. The kids went upstairs to do their homework. After that, my husband woke up. My youngest daughter went to me and said she wanted to go out because she was bored at home. Haha, it was like this every weekend. But before we went out, the kids had to do their homework and take a shower. And this was our agreement. Until 2:00 p.m., my youngest daughter complained that she was hungry and wanted to eat something but didn't want me to cook because today was a holiday and she wanted me to rest. Haha, I saw her intentions very well. Because she wanted to go out, just sitting in the car and enjoying the view was good enough.
After we finished taking a bath and getting dressed, we drove out of the house to find something to eat. If we wanted something light, steamed buns would be the best. Then we drove straight to our usual steamed bun shop, which took about 10 minutes to arrive. When we arrived at the shop, every table was already full of customers. So the staff brought an extra table for us to sit at. After that, we ordered steamed buns, and my youngest daughter ate a pandan steamed bun and 2 dim sum. My oldest daughter did the same. My husband and I each ate a steamed bun and a glass of water.
After that, we took the kids to walk around the eco shop nearby. We bought some necessities and let the kids have fun for a while before we headed back home. Before getting in the car to go home, I didn’t forget to take pictures of the sunflowers that they had planted to share with my friends. I actually think that these sunflowers must have been planted for a long time because there were already ripe pods. So I chose to take pictures only of the green sunflowers that didn’t turn yellow yet and there was one more sunflower that was only half a squash.
And this is the story that I'm sharing with my friends today. Thank you to my friends who stopped by to read my article, I hope you enjoy it. Thank you for following and supporting me all the time, it's my motivation to share stories every day. For today, goodbye everyone.
